For items shipped outside of Canada, any related duties, taxes and surcharges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Payments by cash or cheque are only accepted for face-to-face sales. There is a $40 surcharge for NSF cheques. *Return/Exchange Policy* We want you to enjoy your jewellery. If you are not satisfied with your purchaser, Krafty Kameleon will accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of receipt and extend an appropriate refund to you. We do not accept returns nor exchanges on earrings (for hygenic purposes). Any items returned for exchange must be in their original condition and must be accompanied by the original sales receipt, sachet/box and packing materials. Exchanges will be based on the original purchase price. The cost of returning the item is the sole responsibility of the customer.
