*How Do I Shop?*
To *browse* our jewellery collections, just go to the left sidebar and choose by *item type* (necklaces, bracelets, rings, etc.) or by *material* (glass, crystals, pearls, etc.). To make it easier for you, we listed each item in both categories. For example, you will find any Swarovski Crystal necklace in both the "Necklaces" and "Swarovski Crystals" collections.
You can also use the *search function* found at the top left of every page or just click on any of the *keyword tags* found at the top right of each collections page.
How do you know when we post a new item? Whenever we add a new item, we will also list it under the "New Items!" category for the first month or so.
To *purchase*, just follow these easy steps:
1) Click on the item desired to open its product page and review all the details.
2) Click on *Add to Cart* and verify the quantity you would like to purchase (the default is one item). Don't forget to click on *Update Cart* if you select more than one of the same item.
3) If you would like to shop some more, just click on any of the links in the left sidebar menu and repeat the above. If not, then click on *Proceed to Checkout*
4) Choose your preferred payment option (PayPal/credit card or money order) and follow the instructions.
*How Can I Get it Shipped?*
All items purchased on-line are generally shipped within 48 hours of purchase via regular mail by Canada Post. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. For orders made from outside of Canada and the USA, please send us an email and we would be glad to provide a shipping rate for you. All shipping expenses as well as any related duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Krafty Kameleon cannot assume responsibilty for these charges or for any loss or delay incurred during shipping.
